Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In June of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with the result. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Warming up is usually done before the actual exercise. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
