Ina-Garten

Ina Gardner is the author of a number of famous American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It has been running since 2002. Ina started her career creating nuclear energy policies as well as budgets for the White House. While she found it interesting initially, she eventually dropped interest and decided to purchase a smaller speciality food shop - Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the store a huge success, she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. Other cookbooks followed, as magazines too. Meanwhile her Food Network television show too made its debut and became an instant hit. She also sells all kinds of cooking equipment, items and even containers. Ina was never to any cooking institute and hasn't had any experience in a restaurant. She's completely self-taught. She is an easy cook, and also for her entertaining style. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac & cheese.
